How to apply a glitter tattoo stencil

1. Remove the backing card from the stencils
2. Apply the black stencil and top layer to the skin area
3. Then remove the top layer exposing the skin area to be glittered
4. Apply your body glue and glitter.
5. Remove and dispose of your stencil.
